I couldn't care less about spelling right now... I just got my wisdom teeth surgery today and it totally rocked. That is some wicked fun weird stuff. Whooo....
Yea, I had that once... Back when I was having major internal-organ problems... My dad said that I was saying some weird things... like, I told my mother that she had a lot of eyes. Then my mother asked how my dad looked, and I said he looked the same as usual. Eventually, the doctors had to kick my parents out of the room because they were causing problems. The only problem was that I woke up in the middle of it. For some reason, pain killers and sleeping drugs don't work well on me... I always wake up when I'm supposed to be asleep, and the numbing/painkilling agents just... don't work. It sucks when you have to get stitches!
My only memory of anasthegia(sp?) is this once when I was younger, they put me under without telling me at the dentist...and I had no idea what was going on when I woke up and it made me sick while we were driving home. That kind of sucks. How would you have surgery?
Some meds make me really crazy too...like I remember taking this extra strength aspirin and I woke up at like 4 in the morning and kept hitting this spot on my bed thinking it was either an ant...or one of our manga character's kids? o.O;;; And the first day of school my mom said I was mumbling something in my sleep about purple light and Moses...
I don't get too crazily affected by medicine like that... Dunno what they used but I was OUT and it was really hard waking up from it. Everything was really out of it and I can hardly remember how I got home or what I did when I got home...
I've heard of some people that are like that with immunity. There are even some that will get paralyzed but not knocked out so they can't tell anyone they're still awake. They have to lay there for hours and are able to feel everything during the surgery. That's some nightmare! They have to teach those people to like move their fingers if they're still awake. But even just waking up in the middle of it would suck... But hey, they have some stuff that will erase your memory of it... So for all I know I woke up too, but they gave me that stuff and I forgot. XD
I read about this one guy that started to have bleeding in his heart after a bypass and there was no time to get surgeons and stuff. So the two doctors that were there had to knock him out really quick and rip open his chest and hold the artery closed while the surgeon and anesthesiologist came. Unfortunately the man woke up and started freaking out b'cuz he could see his heart and his chest was ripped open. But it was all okay b'cuz the anesthesiologist gave him the stuff and he forgot all about it. (Before he left for good all he complained about was the horrible dinner) Fun stuff (^_^)
